Become a Wholesale Dealer

Minimum Orders

Mayatex requires a $100 minimum first order to open a wholesale account. Please note, for custom blanket patterns or colors, there is a Minimum Order Quantity of 10.

Invoicing and Payment

Payment for orders are due prior to shipping unless other accounting terms have been agreed upon and noted on your account. Please contact us 512-763-1100 for more information or questions regarding your account.

Return Policy

Product may be returned and credited back to you account if received within 30 days from purchase. No merchandise will be eligible for a return after 30 days. All returned product must be in new, unused condition with tags still attached to receive full credit. Freight charges for returned merchandise must be prepaid. Call Tags will be issued for damaged goods only. For any questions regarding returns or to receive a return authorization, please reach out to us at 512-763-1100 or email support@mayatex.com.

Back Orders

Orders will be shipped in full, unless our inventory falls below the level of demand. Partial shipments of items that are in stock will continue to ship while keeping back orders open. All open back orders will ship upon restocking, unless otherwise noted and communicated by customer.

Shipping

All orders will be processed, packed, and shipped within 3-5 business days with tracking information provided. We also offer drop shipping on orders at single-lot pricing with a $12 drop ship fee.

Order Pickup

Wholesale accounts are welcome to schedule an order pickup if preferred. All scheduled pickups requires a 48 hour notice so we are able to process, pull, and pack your order. Orders can be picked up during our standard hours of Monday - Friday, 10AM-4PM at our warehouse address; 206 CR 4226, Decatur, Texas, 76234. If you are unable to pickup during these hours, please contact us at 512-763-1100 to make arrangements, thank you!

For unscheduled pickups, customers will be subject to a $50 fee that will be applied to the sales invoice during payment.
